Brasserie Max's Saketini – Cocktail Guide

For something a little unexpected, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. This beverage is airy, scented and drinkable, and pairs nicely with a few chunks of parmesan.

Sake Martini

Yields one serving

30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal

15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine

15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake

Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and mix for half a minute until cold. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
